Privacy policy

Foilmint helps TCG sellers track inventory and share card catalogs. This page explains what information the app uses and what buyers can see.

Account information

When you create an account with email and password, Foilmint uses your email address for sign-in, confirmation, and account recovery. If you choose Google sign-in, we receive your Google account identifier and basic profile information, such as your email address, name, and profile picture, for authentication. Foilmint does not request access to your Gmail, Google Drive, or contacts.

Your workspace and public catalog

Your inventory, purchase costs, sales records, and settings are associated with your account and are private by default. If you publish a seller catalog, buyers with its link can see the catalog name, the cards you selected, quantities, asking prices, condition details you choose to include, and uploaded front and back photos. Purchase costs and private sales records are not part of the public catalog.

Card photos are stored at public image URLs so buyers can view them. Someone who has an image URL may still be able to open it until the photo is removed, even if you unpublish your catalog. Copies cached by browsers or other services may persist for a time.

How we use and store information

We use account information to provide sign-in and keep each seller's workspace separate. We use inventory and photo information to provide the features you choose, including a public catalog when you publish one. We do not sell your personal information.

Supabase provides authentication, database storage, and card photo storage. Vercel hosts the website. Resend delivers account emails, and Cloudflare Turnstile helps protect email forms from automated abuse. These providers may process the information needed to perform those services. Your browser also stores session information and your theme preference so the app works across visits.

Your choices

You decide which cards appear in your catalog and can unpublish it, edit listings, or remove photos in Foilmint. To request access to or deletion of your account information, contact jeonmapatac@gmail.com. We may need to verify that you own the account before fulfilling a request.
